There seemed to be some problems with my joining up, so I decided to do it the right and formal way:

Do you have a working mic and talk in raids?: Yes, and yes if required.

Friends in guild: Vensen, Naiyon, Anokir and more.

Which days can you raid from 8pm-11pm on?: All except the next couple of tuesdays (will be home at 21pm on those)

What's your greatest PvE accomplishment: Raidleader and Maintank in Kara and Gruul.

In case you meant reasons for choosing specific talents, I tried to make a spec that would give me the best of everything and was coined specifically for raiding. I decided to take less Anticipation since my gear provided plenty Defense.

Professions and rare crafts: JC (375), BS (295)

Past guilds and reasons for leaving: Silly Little Men, NastyLittleMen both on Dragonmaw.
I was guildleader/raidleader/maintank of NastyLittleMen - a spinoff guild of SLM in an attempt to get raids going. We managed to farm Kara with 3 teams and down Gruul twice, before unrest and greed killed the guild.

What you're looking for from Mesh: Active and serious raiding with friends.

i like your application, atm we got like 4 active tanks and 1/2 tanks that are there on occassion.
so raid spots can't be guaranteed atm... would that be a problem?

Also "be imba" site gives him a score of 202.11 (TK / SSC ready)
- 2 Unenchanted items (Cloack and Breastplate)
- And a bit low on hit rating.

No of course not. I don't expect special treatment.

But I will probably attempt to become a raider - as per the guild rules and such.

I'll look into the two missing enchants. The chestpiece is just premature senility. =)
The cloak is my DPS cloak. I was thinking of getting one of the badge cloaks instead.

How high hit rating should I aim for?

Hi. In my opinion, you seems allright But as Sethos mentioned before, can't promise that there will be a raidslot open all the times. But from my part, its a yes for you.

Murgriff is the tanking pro, so if he say's its alright ill trust him!

I like this guy's attitude and his references are good. It would be easy to flip out after being told he has to leave the guild but he took it well. Whichever officer invited you shouldn't have caused that problem, but that's a matter for me to sort out.

The problem we have is we have a good number of tanks. As I see it we have three 'untouchables' - Murgriff, Powki and Ataraxi will get in every raid they want because they're all great.

We then have MaxiDK who is a very good tank and player but has fallen a little behind in the pecking order due to computer breakdowns and resulting inactivity.

We also have Zier who is a tank and a raider but his attendance has been very poor lately and I see a demotion to member coming on.

Naiyon is a very good tank and happy to assist when needed but is happy with his member status and occasional raids.

Cassidy tanks occasionally but he respecs all over the place and the guild can't rely on him being a tank. He's free to spec how he likes as he is member status.

Interrogator recently joined us as a prot warrior on trial but has shown pretty much 0 activity and looks unlikely to graduate from trial.

We can probably fit another tank in, as a potential raider, but you have to be happy to the fact that you may well be 5th in line after Murg, Powki, Ataraxi and Maxi.

No problem.

Fixed enchants and got my new tank cloak.
